TOOTH TIME

Well the baby has been a bit fussy and that is not normal for him.  He has been trying to rub the side of his face on his swing.  I have been checking all the time, but tonight I did feel the first tooth.  Here we go!  It is amazing how soothing it is for him to have his gums rubbed.  Poor baby!  Does anyone have any tricks to help him out?

Or... the Food Teether you can fill with frozen bananas or whatever.

Oh, sweet boy - hope it cuts through quickly. It has been said that if we, as adults, had to endure the pain of teething it would nearly kill us.
Let's see; Garrett's favorite thing while he was teething was the little first year toy with nubs on it - he would get that it in his mouth and chew & rub until he was drenched!
Sophia's favorite was either a frozen washcloth or the little shapies that you can freeze that have nubs on them - she liked COLD things on her gums.
And, with both babies - they would chew on a pear. There is something in pears (besides the little nubs) that has a numbing effect when rubbed on gums =) Both my babies loved pears while they were teething.
Good luck daddies!
