TOOTH TIME

Well the baby has been a bit fussy and that is not normal for him.  He has been trying to rub the side of his face on his swing.  I have been checking all the time, but tonight I did feel the first tooth.  Here we go!  It is amazing how soothing it is for him to have his gums rubbed.  Poor baby!  Does anyone have any tricks to help him out?

Our walk along the River!

This morning we met up with Harry and his Mom to go see the two camels that live along the river.  We ended up meeting the owner and she gave us a tour around their property.  It was better than the zoo.  They have camels, water buffalo, emus, ostrich, bunnies, horses, and tons of crazy birds.  It was so much fun and we were so lucky to have met up with her.  Archer was more interested in the leaves on the trees then the huge Camel.

The sun was setting and the rain was heading in...made a beautiful backdrop for some pictures...the thunder is getting louder.  I hope we get some rain.  We took some time to let Archer discover the flowers in the yard.  We also took a picture of the outfit we are going to use for our first family pictures...what a big boy!

4 Months Already!

It is so hard to believe that Archer is already 4 months old.  Well he was on the 10th.  We went to the Doctor and my, my how this little one has grown.
15 lbs 4 oz
26 1/4 inches
We were given the ok to go ahead and move onto big boy foods so that has been one fun and one very messy milestone.  He seems to love the foods as we try new ones...Bananas did not go over all that well at first!  He loves sweet potatoes and pears the best so far.

What a BIG BOY!

Rollin....

He did it.  Yesterday Archer rolled from his belly onto his back and he smiled as if though he was so proud of his big mile stone maneuver.  So now the fun begins!
We are going to Chama for the 4th to spend some time with the deer.  The baby is starting to become very chatty and it is so adorable.  I still have not been able to catch it on film...it is like he knows what I am trying to do and does not want to cooperate with me!
