Happy Halloween

Well it is hard to believe that the baby has had his first Halloween already. We carved his first pumpkin and was not all that sure if ht liked the inside of the pumpkin or not. He was a dinosaur for halloween and he was not all that crazy about his hat.

Balloon Fiesta

We were so lucky that Jen came into town and took us to the Balloon Fiesta VIP style.  She had passes to the Pepsi tent and that sure made taking the baby to a Mass Ascension on Saturday.  He loved it and had so much fun at his first official Balloon Fiesta.

Wow, how time does fly.  It has been a long time since I have updated the blog.  Archer will be 7 months on the 10th and it is hard for us to believe.  He has his doctor check up this week so we are excited to see how much he has grown.  He now has two teeth and no one ever old me how sharp those things can be, I am wondering if he is part shark?  We took him to get his first real haircut and he was such a good baby.  The balloon fiesta is underway and all the balloons came over Corrales yesterday and were landing all around our house.  Archer was able to see them, but only after one almost landed on the house!

Swimming

Today Archer went for his first swimming trip.  He had a great time.  He was only in the water for about 10 min and then he was out for a nap.  Corrales pool is an amazing place for kids!

We got our new stuff!!

Well it is finally here.  We have been waiting forever to get our new furniture and to add to the torture we sold our old set over two weeks ago.  So needless to say the couch and chair were much needed!  The cat has already claimed her spot (as you can see she is inspecting) and so have I,  I get the corner!

Archer Got A New Chair

We are still waiting for our new living room furniture to get here...Thursday is the day!!! Archer's new chair is already here.  How funny is that!

TOOTH TIME

Well the baby has been a bit fussy and that is not normal for him.  He has been trying to rub the side of his face on his swing.  I have been checking all the time, but tonight I did feel the first tooth.  Here we go!  It is amazing how soothing it is for him to have his gums rubbed.  Poor baby!  Does anyone have any tricks to help him out?

Our walk along the River!

This morning we met up with Harry and his Mom to go see the two camels that live along the river.  We ended up meeting the owner and she gave us a tour around their property.  It was better than the zoo.  They have camels, water buffalo, emus, ostrich, bunnies, horses, and tons of crazy birds.  It was so much fun and we were so lucky to have met up with her.  Archer was more interested in the leaves on the trees then the huge Camel.
